Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
